Booking Questions

Q: How do I check availability?
A: The easiest way is to submit a request through our contact form with your preferred dates and camper. We’ll respond as soon as possible to confirm availability and next steps.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We take reservations up to a year in advance.

Q: What is required to reserve a camper?
A: We require a completed rental agreement and a $150 down payment to secure your reservation.

Delivery

Q: Do you offer delivery and setup?
A: Yes. We prefer to deliver and set up the camper so everything is ready when you arrive.

What’s Included in the Rental?

Q: What comes with the camper?
A: Each camper includes the standard built-in amenities such as kitchen appliances, sleeping areas, and bathroom facilities. Specific features vary by unit.

We stock our units with sheets, blankets, pillows, towels for the bathroom and kitchen, basic reusable kitchen items such as silverware, plates, bowls, and cups, a coffee pot with coffee, griddle, toaster, outdoor rug, one tank of fresh water, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and serving utensils.

Q: Do you offer generator rentals?
A: Yes. Generator rentals are available as an optional add-on.

Policies

Q: Is smoking allowed in the campers?
A: Smoking is not permitted inside the campers.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Pets are not permitted in our units.

Q: What happens if something is damaged?
A: Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Details about this can be found in the rental agreement upon booking.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellation terms are outlined in the rental agreement that will be signed when making your reservation.

Delivery & Return

Q: What time is delivery?
A: Delivery times are coordinated a few days in advance of the rental term to ensure both client and driver schedules result in a smooth delivery process.

Q: Do I need to clean the camper before returning it?
A: We ask that renters return the camper in good condition. Specific cleaning expectations will be outlined before your trip.
